Hello! Not to be that person, but uh... There are no such things as Michelin chefs. Restaurants get the stars, not the chefs. :) This is because any recipes a chef invents while in the service of a restaurant become the restaurant's property, and do not leave with the chef if he/she leaves the establishment. :3 Great work, though!
