Omg, this is the funniest story I have ever read! I've been laughing myself to tears with every chapter. McCoy's growing disbelief and mounting aggravation are so hilarious, and Spock and McCoy's conversations are so perfect and clever and incredibly funny. So many things - like the silent music box - made me die laughing. Some of my favorite lines:

"Prior to her discovery, practitioners of contemplative silence were occasionally entombed alive, especially among the less enlightened people groups."

"'Midnight at the north pole on the fifth moon of Cleor', 'Under the Bed'"..."Cargo containment unit, Rigel-class shuttle" "The black ice caves of Yupidali Minor."

"It's an improvement, but not by much."
"An improvement over what?"
"Nothing."

I can't tell you how delightful your story is and how much pleasure and laughter it's given me. If you ever come back to it, I will throw a silent parade with noiseless marching bands to celebrate! :)

What a wonderful idea! Absolutely love every moment of the interaction between Spock and McCoy! And that the show won awards...just too funny! And it has Movies and ended with a Cliffhanger...what a Fabulous sense of humor you have! Had me laughing out loud at Olive Garden! Will be a Recommend to Read by me!
