Guest chapter 5 . 11/19/2017 Please update this story. It is so good ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ |
Matt chapter 5 . 10/21/2017 I hope Nico kills Kyra, Jordan, and Lucy. |
Quihi chapter 5 . 10/19/2017 Wow, Nico was pretty rude. He just showed up and victim blaming the others for not leaving - he seemed more sympathetic at the end of chapter 4. Anyway. I think this is a cool idea, something different. Kyra and Jordan seem like interesting characters. Dialogue punctuation is inconsistent and largely incorrect anyway. |
Risa Silvara chapter 3 . 5/25/2017 I didn't respond to this chapter soon, but thanks for taking my suggestions to heart about Hades and the oath and lessened the number of children there. Legacies seems more legit to have than a bunch of Hades Children running around. Could also have it to where Hades' can have twins, but rarely are twins born. Thought about it because we make fun of our one friend who had a twin in the womb, but she reabsorbed the other. I imagine that it could extend to Hades' and twins - the stronger's death aura causing the weaker to die and be reabsorbed. Also glad Nico is considered powerful among his half-siblings because he really is. Shadow-Traveling the statue with two other people from Rome to New York? Turning Byrce Lawrence into a walking ghost of Asphodel? Also dream-traveling that only really children of Hypnos can do? He's exceptionally powerful for a demigod because he's pretty versatile and also considered one of the best with his powers due to the manipulations of Minos - who probably had him summon master swordsman to teach him how to fight with his sword given that he would not have gotten a lot of training at Camp Half-Blood, but was more than capable of holding his own at the Battle of Manhattan - enough to come out virtually unscathed. Also, taking out six-Romans at once while half-faded? If Nico really wanted out of this place, I don't think he'd have much issue because the thing with Gaea happened not that much later than Kronos. Hazel also believed him to the be strongest demigod she'd met until she met Percy. Nico just does a good job of being a cinnamon roll who doesn't look like he can kill you...but he can. The fact that he hasn't been able to manipulate the Mist kid of bugs me, though. Thalia can, but not Nico when Hecate is considered an underworld goddess? Seems like he'd be able to do that to the extent Thalia can, but not to the extent Hazel can being the daughter of a voodoo queen and blessed by Hecate herself. ~Risa |
EmPro8 chapter 1 . 5/20/2017 Awww, Miles is so cute! I bet he was a fun character to write for. I wanna see art for the OCs. I'll go see if they're in the next chapter red. |
Risa Silvara chapter 2 . 4/22/2017 Definitely an interesting read. Although, the fact that Hades broke the Oath /that/ many times is kinda...well, unsettling. Hades is a god that values oaths. Nico said as much when he banished Byrce Lawrence to the Fields of Asphodel. To break an Oath on the Styx when he values his oaths and laws seems unsettling. Poseidon broke his once. And Zeus twice. But A DOZEN times for Hades? That doesn't seem...right. Like I can understand if most of them are legacies of Hades or the Children of OTHER Underworld deities...but for all of them to be Hades children? Does not seem right. There should be more there than just Hades and the one Hecate legacy at this camp if it's a camp for Underworld children. Persephone? Hypnos? Thanatos? Makaria? Melione? Phobator? Mania? There are so many more Underworld deities that never had a place at Camp Half-Blood that should have a place there instead. Speaking of Persephone...there's no WAY she doesn't know literally ALL of her husband's bastard children are lurking the Underworld when her title in mythology is the Iron Queen of the Underworld. However, I /do/ have a headcanon that Persephone is actually okay with Hades having demigod children. Most mythology has Melione as /Zeus'/ daughter, not Hades. In fact, Persephone and Hades have /no/ children going from that lore, immortal or otherwise. So I headcanon that Persephone is an active part of Hades affairs with mortal women by either allowing it, or being a part of them - polyamory, so to speak. Hades had two children with Maria di Angelo. Not as Hades and Pluto. There's no way that she would have allowed a second child from that union without allowing it. ~Risa |
TacoPartyPack chapter 2 . 4/21/2017 Well, you have my interest. You don't get to see too many original stories. And they're usually not very well written if they are. This story is looking to be both. I think I'll give this a follow, let's see where the author is gonna take us. |
