Ah, it's been some time since I've last read and reviewed a story, but here I am! Better late than never, I guess. Anyways, this was a fantastic story! The descriptions and emotions were so amazing and detailed! Even though the mood of the story was somber, I loved it either way. The interaction between Bree and Oliver was incredible. I can totally see them being leaders and taking charge and it's nice to see those two teammates work together and be wonderful friends (especially when Bree first had a crush on Oliver and then was disgusted by the fact that he reminded her too much of her brother, Chase). I also adored the moment between Oliver and Skylar, despite it being sad and short-lived (Skoliver forever!) But I have to say that my most favorite part of this story was the Bree and Chase sibling scene. All the feels! I've always loved Bree and Chase as a brother-sister duo, so this really takes the cake! And lastly, Bree is the bomb! Not literally, of course, but you know what I mean. I just love her so much! She has always been my favorite Lab Rats character (along with Chase and Leo, of course) and reading this story made me idolize her even more! She's just so real and not afraid to be herself, even when she makes mistakes. I just really loved her inner thoughts on things and how she felt about the situation her and her teammates found themselves in. It's devastating, yes, but at least they find a way to still be positive and encouraging about it. As a team and a family, I just know they'll find a way to fix things and get things back to normal, or as normal as things can be for superheroes and bionic superhumans.
Either way, excellent story! As you can tell, I loved it and had a lot of glowing things to say about it, despite it not being the most happiest story, but that doesn't matter anyways. I still loved it and hope to see and read more in the future! You're definitely one of the best Lab Rats and Mighty Med writers, and I've read enough of your other stories to know it to be true! Looking forward to seeing more soon! :D
