Anxiously awaiting the next chapter! Nearly had a heart attack when I saw "completed" next to Master of Death then realized I was now in Keeper of Life. Phew!
That last chapter was intense! Nearly cried over the death of Cho and she barely had any character development in there. What you did put in was Powerful though. I plan to leave reviews for the other chapters but was reading on my mobile and I hate typing on this thing. In spite of that, I simply Had to review this.

Really loving the gradual maturation of Harry and friends. Also enjoying the much deeper exploration of Hermione's parents.

Your concept of occlumency sounds very much like the one described by bishop2420 in "Protection: the Sword and the Shield". Were you influenced by him? Or perhaps both of you influenced by the same source? Is this concept mentioned in the canon? Now I'm going to have to go back and read that part in the originals.

Huh, when you said "the talk" at the end of ch 6 I thought you meant the "s e x" talk. Guess not. Sad about what a prat Ron is turning out to be. Almost kind of dreading where his path leads.

I enjoyed the interaction with Professor Snape. I am enjoying living in your version of the Harry Potter world so far. Interested to see where your Lunar Harmony leads. Absolutely Loving your portrayal of Luna at breakfast and generally speaking.

Really liking the dead raven. Shocked and fascinated at the sorting of Luna to Gryffindor and Ron to Hufflepuff. Also interested to see how that friendship progresses. Intrigued by the idea of 2 of the hallows being delivered directly to Harry and where that will lead.

Everything is better with a pudding. And friends.

Will Harry get Hedwig?

Why are Xeno and especially John so convinced that Harry would somehow hurt Hermione or Luna, why not the other way around, would someone threaten to rip apart Hermione or Luna if they hurt Harry? I could to a degree understand Xeno, he is being an overprotective father, I do not understand why John would, it is like he is convinced Harry is not trustworthy.

And I am out. This last chapter broke so many rules from canon and ignored your own characters super powers. I am not a huge fan of Cho but killing her was unnecessary and as Harry pointed out worthless. Both John and Harry could have healed Cho easily before she died, the destruction of the the horcrux would have freed her as shown in canon itself. I feel like I wasted so much time here. Good bye
