Abso-fudging- lutely amazing. It was a simple idea in a slightly elongated plot that made for a story I really enjoyed. It didn’t totally feel like sure I’m going to ditch everything I’ve known since a child to work for the good guys but wasn’t too complicated. 10/10

I only wish that there was more, but at the same time, it feels so complete. It finished at the right place I feel, still more to tell, but we generally get where the story is going, and the main point of the story, the romance, has been idk what the right word is? secured? fulfilled? I honestly really liked this story and read it from start to finish with only toilet breaks in between... i wished i picked this up at day time and didnt ruin my sleep. I feel exhausted since its so late, but this story has made me feel happy and hopeful and content. Now, I imagine that more dialogue and stretching of the narrative (general plot, plus more of building jaunes trust of cinder and comming to terms with his love of cinder vs loving pyhraas remnant) could happen and this would improve the story, but for its length, as a short story, its just perfect. I just wanted to say thank you i guess? Im in a really peaceful mood and despite it being so late, being tired, and being sick with a cold - i feel awesome.

This is why I still stick with the show. So I can keep up with fics that have way better ideas than the actual canon.
Nicely done. I always figured this idea would have seemed like a cop-out or pandering if it really happened, but I think you found a nice way where it would have made sense, almost like it would have been the plan all along. God I wish, because RWBY is a slog to get through lately.

This fanfiction as a whole was a good exploration of the characters of RWBY. It showed a whole new side to them, while never betraying or straying too far from the source. Even though I didn't personally support the ship myself, I still enjoyed the story and heartfelt drama.

Wow. I didn't even consider this pairing until I came across this fic, though I'm glad I did. This is a wonderful redemption/love story, and I think you captured the characters quite well and created a believable romance plot. It was certainly an enjoyable read, and I thank you for having written such a unique story.
