Good start. However, the transition from "...fangs coming towards his throat..." to Ezekiel waking up from a nightmare need just a bit more substance, like really, emphasize the weight of his physical stress.

I like the Mordian Iron Guards. Many years ago I wrote fanfics about a regiment hailed from a planet Mordia, before I discovered Mordia is already Warhammer 40k, and has a strong military to boost.

The chapter is pretty interesting. The main character is quite badass the way he just shoots and kills an evasive Dark Eldar like that. The sadistic nature of the xenos is also pretty clear here. These elements I would like to see throughout the story, and not just the first chapter.

The chapter is a bit short, though. I look forward to more.
