ataecina chapter 1 . 1/30/2018
I agree! I also think Lisanna and Lucy would be fast friends! I love this fic so I favorited it.
AwkwardToffee chapter 1 . 1/13/2018
Short, sad, but sweet at the end. We need more fics like this to cleanse the unreasonable characterization of Lisanna in fanfiction. Such a rare gem in this site infested with Lisanna-hate.
Ojou-sama chapter 1 . 12/21/2017
I couldn't be disagree with you.. Lis and Lu weren't that weak over a bond of friendship, and Natsu will NEVER abandon his friends intentionally let alone kicked Lu out.. Besides, Lis had met Lu in Edolas, so there's no reason to hate her right?
I don't really ship NaLi.. I think, they only shared a bro-sis relationship like Gray and Lucy/Erza. But, since she has the same blood as Mira, she loved to tease her besties.

And I really love the Strauss Cana x Raijinshu ships... () {MiraXus, BixAna, ElfGreen, FreeNa} ( ͡ _ ͡)ノ
arika001 chapter 1 . 7/28/2017
I wholeheartedly agree with you. I don't know why people bash her. Infact I think that she would have tried to bring them together!
DarkHorse55 chapter 1 . 7/18/2017
Personally I don't get why people would bash her. She was and is still Natsu's closest childhood friend. This is a wonderful story highlighting Lissana in the most accurate lights I have ever seen! Beautiful story, I'm so moved by it!
Stavroula99 chapter 1 . 6/20/2017
I agree with you. I prefer Nalu fanfics that Lissanna is good and supportive because that's her true character!
Samm chapter 1 . 4/18/2017
Lisanna was lonely and abandoned? She still had Fairy tail in a way, Natsu lost her completely. She comes back after years being gone and expects it to be the same? Let's get real here.
TsukiChanChan chapter 1 . 4/15/2017
I was surprised to see that you managed to fit so many important elements in your story to enhance Lisanna's feelings, despite it being so short. I, personally, was heartbroken at that Grand Magic Games scene, because when I saw it, I knew batshit crazy NaLu fans would kick Lisanna to the dirt.

You gave Lisanna maturity in all situations you mentioned, which is amazing, and the ending was sounder than I thought. Few people can pull off such short productions.

A few grammatical errors, the major one being Grand Magic Games "Arc" part. Since it's from a character standpoint, "arc" should be removed.

All in all, great story!
Feline Evolutionary Dead End chapter 1 . 4/15/2017
Out of all your recent drabbles, I think this one is the best. There was no depressing ending, you handled Lisanna very well, and it ended on a happy note. She may not have her Natsu, but that unbreakable bond of trust and friendship can never be replaced, or destroyed. From a grammatical stand-point, I would remove the 'Arc' bit from the Grand Magic Games, just because that seems fourth-wall breaking to me. There were a few other things of note, but Hell, I just woke up, I can't even find or remember them again. Anywho, story-wise, this drabble gets full marks from me, you did a great job showing how Lisanna may feel, and showing at the end of the day, they are still closer than just about anyone else in the guild, even if it is platonic.

PS: I'll be happy to beta-read these short stories you produce, if you would like me to.

PSS: Props to the guest reviewer for such an exemplary review. I wish we had more people such as yourself, as you provided an actual review, and an amazing one at that.
Guest chapter 1 . 4/15/2017
This story should be marked as canon-deviant. They never promised to get married when they were children, so including a promise that is not from the canon makes this now canon-deviant.

That aside, while I rather dislike the replacement sentiment for either girl, because neither is a replacement of the other (though I do see how you would add it here as it is something that Lisanna might feel in this situation. She is no longer his confidant, his go to friend, his best friend), this was a lovely look into Lisanna's thoughts.
It may have been short, but it touched on what Lisanna would be going through with being transported from one world to another, and then back again, as well as the rarely seen friendship between her and Natsu since she returned. Mashima puts little hints here and there to suggest they still talk, it just isn't part of the main story and so we don't see much of it.
It was also well written. You packed all necessary components into such a short piece and gave sufficient content in way of story without it all feeling cluttered or rushed.

This is an angle that is rarely touched on with fanfiction. A shame since there is so much potential in it. I have seen a few people explore Lisanna's character in such a way, however people seem more interested in vilifying the poor girl than treating her with respect and trying to understand what she might be feeling. A childish mentality, to constantly attack the other girl. The world just isn't black and white like that.
It isn't a trashy Disney movie where the cheerleaders are always mean and bitchy, and where the school loser will always land the hottest most popular boy in school just because. Because apparently all popular people are just plain evil, unless they're a cute guy, and the loser of the school is actually the most beautiful and so much more worthy of the cute guy than his girlfriend is. Spare me.
Sorry about the ranting, I'm just a bit sick of the seeing the same story (stories) show up over and over again too.

It is good to see someone else treat Lisanna decently. Thank you.
