Oh my god, this story is perfection! There are not nearly enough guts x griffith stories out there, and also not nearly enough as well written as this. It’s so refreshing to be able to read a multi chartered fic that isn’t a whole new alternate universe. You’ve managed to portray the characters perfectly in their respective situations: Guts and his regret for leaving Griffith and now his unyielding loyalty is exactly what I pictured happening if Griffith didn’t go through with the eclipse. I also appreciate how you didn’t throw Casca aside like other people do, you give her a storyline that isn’t her being jealous and conniving for plot purposes, you make her into a well thought out character that Berserk honestly didn’t do very well. I wonder what your plans are for the baby, since it won’t become the demon baby? I hope with all my heart that you continue this story, it’s too much of a treasure for you not to.
Just a little side note, but if you make a next chapter can you make Puck’s dialogue in italics? Sometimes it’s hard to understand if Puck is saying something or it’s background info.

I've been craving for a good Griffith/Guts story since forever. Even more for a story taking place after what happened to Griffith, while simultaneously ignoring his transformation and the death of the Hawks, so I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this fanfic and I am looking forward to the next chapters !

Will Guts and Casca get together? Does Guts get the Berserker armour? I'd like him him to fight Zodd with that on!
