It was the happy ending that Uncas and Alice deserved! Their interaction with each other in this chapter was so seductive without being overly done. I totally enjoyed every bit of this chapter! It was so well written. I commend Ashleigh for being honest and upfront with Uncas about all that happened. He's a good man for doing so. And I'm so glad that Alice finally remembers what happened, and that she ran straight to Uncas. I could feel the charged electricity between them when Alice arrived in London. "I should have been here nine years ago." How those words must have made Uncas feel. Good job! I can't wait to find out what happens next!
