Go with 2. I love the little moments, character building and interactions. I think a time jump would make it awkward and jerky to read, and as the story is going so well, it will break the smooth flow of the writing.

I'm all for Linear Continuation. I feel like a Time Jump would take the soul out of the story, like building a table without legs. I can not wait for this story to continue!

This was my first fan fiction that I read, and I am determined for it not to get left behind! What sever choice you think is best, choose. I don't mind either way!

My recommendation would be to get as far away as your can on the standard tropes and plot twists and seriously think on a new method of advancing the story or at least ramping up the comedy and embarassment. Maybe even starting a new story or doing lots of reading others' stories. Going on a hiatus is not the end of things. Forcing a story is definitely not the way to go. This is a hobby and and enjoyment. Definitely not a job.

Can I still vote? I'll go with option number 2. I don't mind slower pacing as long as I would get to see how the story unfolds. It's healthier that way and more exciting. It will keep your readers hungry for more. Anyway, when are you going to update? I understand that you're busy, believe me. I'm a graduating university student. It's a miracle that I still have time to read fanfictions. I always have time when it comes to PJO and HP. Haha. I'm a trash. I just want to tell you that out of all the fanfictions I've read, yours is the one I like most so far. Very refreshing. Mostly, the Order would just find Percy in his apartment to bring him to Hogwarts, but this one I am liking so far because it was Voldywart's league that first snatched our favorite Hero. Also, Harry is very dark in here. Very prejudiced, though not as annoyingly prejudiced as Ron. Keep up the good work and I look forward to reading the next chapter.
