The positron or antielectron is the antiparticle or the antimatter counterpart of the electron. The positron has an electric charge of 1 e, a spin of 1/2 (the same as the electron), and has the same mass as an electron. When a positron collides with an electron, annihilation occurs.

This probably gives some idea of how a positron rifle might actually work or not.

Nice! That was an exciting chapter. Great fight scene there. Really enjoyed the interplay between Asuka and Gendo and the bit at the beginning with Asuka daydreaming about Rei was super cute. Keep up the great work!

This chapter utterly punched me in the feels, I was really curious as to what your take on Bardiel was gonna be and its really fucking brutal way and much nastier than the series I also like this isn't as easy a fight as the series or rebuild and it's genuinely causing 02 real damage. Also, I don't mind the cliffhanger as I can't wait to see how this will pan out and if Hikari will live bt be seriously injured or die just like Toji did in the manga.

Oh and I like that Asuka is clearly smitten with Rei all the signs show it and its very cute. :)

Looks like Gendo is making some moves with Seele as is his norm. Makes you wonder if allowing the Seraphs to attack like that instead of going for the source was a play on his part. If would be a good tactic if you intentionally allowed the Angel to dig in a bit and prepare a large force.

Also, it looks like Asuka and Rei are finally starting to acknowledge their feelings a bit. I'm with Mari, Asuka stroking Rei's hair was the cutest thing ever! Maybe this will be enough to change their destinies? Looking forward to what comes next!

It’s always such a joy to see this story updated. You write your action scenes with tension and clarity, then turn around and beautifully crafted a scene of soft emotional fragility. I had to chuckle when Asuka ships at Mari that she knows exactly what she’s thinking, but still won’t let go of Rei. It’s a testament to your skill that you’ve managed to get the two of them here, without it feeling forced despite their difficult personalities.

Really sweet chapter loved the Rei and Asuka cuddle moment super cute along with Mari being funny regarding the whole thing as that's so Mari. I do like that the connection between Rei and Asuka feels complete and there is love and attraction there though both characters have not fully acted upon it I also like that this relationship feels healthy it's not the unhealthy I love you and hate dynamic.

Keeping well here I just wanted to thank you for being an essential worker during this crazy time people like you are heroes as your keeping the world turning when the rest of us are stuck in lockdown.

That was a really good chapter! I definitely hope you feel like you achieved what you wanted with it, I know that feeling myself when I've gotten to certain chapters in my stories!

I mentioned in one of the recent reviews about the growth in Asuka but it's also great to see the growth in Rei here, she is becoming much more verbal and picking up on things, her admitting to herself that she found Asuka beautiful too is a huge step.

Really like the concept of this Angel too and how you're handling it. I do wonder if Asuka will eventually be called too the fight, it feels like it's only a matter of time but will wait and see. I do feel it's a bit of a shame to see the Misato/Ritsuko relationship break down as it has done, the section, albeit small, smacked of a lot of tention and unresolved issues between them. Feel like if they communicated properly, especially Ritsuko, they could resolve it but perhaps it's just a little bit far gone now.

Really glad I'm all caught up now, hopefully I'll be able to follow the chapters again as they release! So so sorry it's took me this long to catch up. It's been one of my fav fics to read since I was told about it, so keep up the great work!

Well, that's gratitude for Asuka, a demotion and being removed from the duty roster for a time, all because she dared to use some initiative and save the world, god forbid. I suppose SEELE don't really want the pilots to gain too much autonomy, risk learning the secrets they're all hiding. Really do feel sorry for her, she is supposed to pilot and fight, to go from that to being stuck in a bunker must take a huge toll. Yet, you can see a huge amount of growth in her that although she hates it, she seems to accept it but is also willing to place her faith in the other pilots.

It seems things are definitley moving forward with various other plans in the background too. Really good chapter, you got across quite a lot quite quickly. Looking forward to the next :)

Brilliant chapter! I really liked the spin you put on this particular Angel and it was so nice seeing Asuka get that chance to shine. One thing I think people have a tendancy to do with Asuka is forget she had been around the Evangelion for a long time, she will have an array of experience with planning and analysis and sure she is very arrogant but she will have a brilliant mind, the series rarely gives us a chance to see this and sometimes fics brush it to one side, it was really nice to see that brought to light here!

Really excited for what is next, because this is Eva I'm not 100% convinced she has won and feel something will happen next chapter but we'll wait and see :)
