Why must you make me cry

My only question is whu you put shepard and tali as charaters. Raised my hopes for a last minute save.

Wow. Just wow. That was incredibly touching and heart-rending at the same time. I have to admit, I was strongly wishing for Soka and James to have their happy post-war ending. But your ending is so much more poignant and really capitalizes on the 'ruthless calculus' that defined the reaper war.

You always put together an excellent story and one that touches on the reality of war that most authors rarely convey well. Sometimes every ending isn't happy, but those endings are what make the story mean something. Well done.

This is where the Reapers receive their proper payday, for all the horrible crap you just put me through. Jesus, could this be any more heart-rending? To instantly connect with two of the best written characters I've read in a long time, just to lose hope for a bright future of the love they should have been able to give each other. Still two chapters to go. Survival is the name of the game here but I don't how my heart can go on. In short, this is a true masterpiece, throwing the weight of the entire series in scenic fashion. I can't help but to compare this to The Last of Us in the way that it brings in very human characters who are wrenched into the worst situation imaginable. Simple and grounded in scope but damn me if it doesn't punch you in the gut. The exact same occurs here and I couldn't be more humbled by your skill. Though I do suppose your story has a skewed advantage over the rest in my view. Helluva fan of fem turians. I mean damn! Just . . . wow.
