Correct your punctuation please; or at least try to do so. First letter of the sentence should be capitalized...There's so many cases where it wasn't.
Repetition of same phrases are a no-go.
TBH, I haven't suggested anyone should rewrite a story; but this one deserves another read through before you regret what you are planning to do.

At the beginning of the chapter, you say you'll reveal the first two powers, but actually, you only reveal one. Why must you do this!? Jokes aside, this a very interesting story so far. For the powers, I think that Photographic Memory, Magic Aptitude, and Magic Circle Comprehension would fit him best, since there isn't much mention of the 'Brain Power' serum after the into, I believe it should have a greater role in his powers. For the same reason, Ittou Shura could work as well, with him having the ability to remove the mental restraints from his body, for a short amount of time. Other than that, though, keep it up!
Also, side note, I think you would do great with a beta reader. There are a couple of issues, like formatting, and a bit of spelling, but you're definitely getting better. I'm just saying that it just makes the story a little easier on the eyes of the reader. *cough*hitmeup*cough*

I can't help but notice that you used "angle" in stead if "angel". What's your angle, hmmm? Was this just an honest error in your part? Or is it for nefarious purposes?

Need to keep an eye on this one if they can't spell "angel" correctly.
