Okay so first of all I gotta admit that I'm not a fan of the mating season thing at all. Firstly because it really doesn't make sense and secondly because it's mostly used as an excuse to make two people fuck (which was the case here as well, unfortunately).

Why did I decide to give it a try anyway? Well maybe ONE single mating season ff will be able to do a good job with it after all.

Positive thing first, I really like your writing style. It's really nice and easy to read so it would have made this oneshot really enjoyable if, and now on to the negative thing(s), there wasn't this obvious mischaracterization of Freed (and also Laxus, partly) and the whole cliché like 'I've the biggest dick, 'You wont be able to handle me', etc. etc.

1. Freed's by no means obsessed and people who write him that way clearly haven't read the manga and probs only watched the anime and exclusive use the added over the top comedy filler moments for his characterization what's a huge part of why this amazing character gets mischaracerized so often in fanart and fanfics.
2. Laxus would never ever insult Freed, it's been shown he's p supportive and has also respect and care for him. A lot.
3. Freed's far from innocent in more ways than one. Not only is he a badass who's probs killed and tortured a lot of people but he's literally been shown watching nude men, /smirking/ shamelessly and enjoying a cup of red wine while doing so.
4. He's not sensitive and doesn't cry easily. Again, it's the whole anime filler deal. In the MANGA he's been shown crying in a slightly comedic way after Laxus' return only. I honestly recommend reading the manga to get his characterization correct because this is just /no/.
5. 'boy cunt', 'girly expression', ugh please no. Those 'feminine' comparisons are out of place and I really really don't like it when Fraxus gets portrayed like Freed's the smol innocent blushing boi who gets fucked and Laxus is the wild one with the immense dick (which would honestly cause ISSUES if that was real and as big as it's often described to be) and just wants to fuck that butthole. They deserve better than this, the relationship they have in canon deserves better than this.

And I could probably go on and maybe forgot the one or other thing but I couldn't finish reading it. This is the first time I actually decide to leave a reply on a Fraxus fanfiction I did not like at all because usually I already click back when I see something mentioned in a description that I know will upset me or cause me a mood drop but I decided to give this one a try and welll... Perhaps this might help somehow. I sure hope that you don't take it personally but rather, maybe, give it a thought!
