| Calvin chapter 53 . 2/27/2019 How about a little oneshot about the dragon riders’ future descendants discovering a logbook containing all of their previous adventures and past history? Taking place in the year 2019, a time where humans don’t believe dragons or other mythical creatures exist and see Vikings as savage, mindless barbaric primitives who had been wiped out by humanity’s bias and advancing technology, four kids (a 19-year old girl who is Hiccup and Astrid’s descendant, a 12-year old boy who’s Snotlout’s descendant, twin 18-year old girls who are Fishlegs and Ruffnut’s descendants, and a 15-year old boy who is Tuffnut’s descendant) stumble upon an ancient Viking records book and learn that their ancestors were more than what people believed Vikings were. As they read to the last page (Hiccup’s final entry before he and his fellow Dragon Riders passed on to Valhalla), they realize how far humanity is slipping away from nature and decide to make it their mission to bring back humankind’s connection to nature, if they’re able to defeat a megalomaniacal nihilistic businessman who believes humanity is MEANT to destroy nature and wants to get rid of everything related to the past so everyone will focus on the future instead. Any thoughts? |
