Great insert for Felis Felix. Castle is certainly persistent when he gets an idea in mind. I simply love how you describe Beckett in Onyx form. Thanks for writing and sharing.

Leave it to Castle to sneak in the unchangeable shirt. He's mission is accomplished, though I think Beckett's revenge sounds pretty scary, if he has no idea she can do the whole panther thing.

Time for her to play with her prey: love it! I knew it, I knew those nasty little polyesters weren't up to the job.

Well, really, he mostly behaved himself. One little experiment buried in a wealth of other welcomed gifts. That's positively restrained for him!

With all this *panther* hinting, I have to ask for a one shot explaining all that.

Kate (Onyx) puts up a pretty good battle in her head! All the stuff she's not going to do! Reminded me of Dr. Burke somewhat! She is not inclined to pander to his annoyingness. Sounds like a quote from Burke! She won't give in to simple petting! Not her! She won't purr either! That'll show him!

Crap! Castle starts using dirty tactics! Puts her on his chest where he smothers her with his scent! She's doomed! She wants to sulk, but the damn purring is ruining it! Then Castle puts her back in his lap and brings out the heavy artillery!

THE BRUSH!

The brush must be the most wonderful thing in the world for cats, but it isn't enough as she swithes back to Kate and is immediately devoured by Castle! Who it seems is has that favor returned by Kate before they go onto some love making after! Busy, busy busy!

Then along come the gifts of lingerie and geek t-shirts and I was guessing that Castle hadn't given up on his idea of testing Kate's shifting yet. So, she can't take clothing with less than 50% natural fiber with her in a shift? And she's a little hot under that flea collar, but she can't scratch Castle through the dang shirt! And anyway, he's got the brush out again, which only means more hot love making after a few soothing brush strokes! Great way to get over being angry!

Then break out the Lieutenant Chloe togs and do a little cosplay and some more devouring Kate! And plan out a surprise for Castle!
