I'm not gonna criticize the story, because there's nothing to really criticize. A reverse netorare story is always just as hot as a normal netorare story. Admittedly, though, it can't be hotter, but that's besides the point. I'm only here to invoke a serious inquiry: Couldn't the picture simply have a shinobi transformed into Naruto, thus making the picture staged? We know it's not actually staged, but Naruto could tell Hinata that, and she'd simply be torn between believing either her little sister or her beloved husband even if the woman in the picture was called upon by Hanabi to testify, assuming she wasn't Hanabi in the first place. This actually makes cameras null and void in the ninja world. Then again, ninjas would probably work on cameras that can see through the Transformation Jutsu, but cameras seem to be rare in the first place, at least when Naruto first started it and still in Shippuden, so my point still stands.
