Tom's thoughts are very well written, I enjoy how you're able to keep him in character while also making him enamored. Its a fine line and I think you found a good balance between the evil Tom we're all familiar with and also the softer side. Also the sexual tension in these chapters is so palpable, I adore it.

I'm re-reading this and this time actually giving myself time to review, yey! First off I really want to commend you on you kinetic descriptions. I can imagine every way your characters are moving and interacting with the world around them and it's exceptional. I feel like sometimes as much as I like exact wording as well it can be redundant but you really keep everything fresh. Its great for visualization, keep it up!

I see the wrong word used a lot - so I'm going to give you a head's up. I'm pretty sure the word you were trying to use is spelled piqued, not peaked. They sound the same when spoken but are spelled quite differently.
"Aribella Malfoy, sister to Dorian Malfoy who was a follower of the dark lord, has officially piqued the interest of Riddle..."

piqued (pēkt) - verb: provoked, aroused
example: She piqued his interest

peaked (pēkt) - adj: having a peak, pointed
example: The peaked (mountainous) landscape was intimidating in its ruggedness.

peaked (ˈpi kɪd) - adj: sickly, wan
example: You are looking a bit peaked. Why don't you go lie down.

peaked (pēkt) - verb: came to a peak or apex
example: His athletic performance peaked in his second year in the league before he was injured. After that he was never quite as good.

I love happy endings, their are quite rare in Tom Riddle's ff
