Nice Job! Your story contained some interesting details including a pretty thorough understanding of the work that you are gender-bendering. I would say though, that you should be careful with your tenses, as you often flip flop from present to past tense. Also there were some spelling errors that could have been solved with another re-read. I suggest you get a family member to read your story aloud before you post it. I really enjoyed the conflict within Kiriko's character, the ideas of being female on the internet and questioning how her family loved her. However, I also felt like these conflicts were resolved too quickly, leaving her feeling kind of boring for the ending portion of the story. Also, while some guys on the internet are toxic, sexist, pigs; not all guys are toxic, sexist, pigs. I would suggest you consider this if you were to continue this story, as your story is currently using a stereotype for half of the human race. To end on a good note, some of your description was striking, especially your first description of when Kiriko uses the NerveGear. Some of my comments may seem harsh, but the goal is not to discourage or make fun of you. The hardest step is the first one, keep writing, keep reading and you'll get better! Good luck!

Apart from the 27 thousand words in one chapter part, and a missing Yui there is absulotely nothing missing with this. I almost feel like this is how SAO should have been done (at least the anime as I haven't read the light novel at all) albeit a little longer. LOL XD
I love how the characters that built up Kazuko were portrayed and I absolutely love the focus of the guild interaction in some of the Chapters and how much they babied her. It's also great to see how she took inspiration from her own mother and her aunt.
I was worried that being a fix it fic, as you pointed out at the start, the story would be ruined, however this was executed well and while I may not be as keen as other reviewers or people in general this story is definitely in my top 5 SAO fics.(Lol XD I always wanted to read a fem!Kazutoxmale!Asuna I just feared male!Asuna would be just as bland or at the very least as lacking as Asuna... no offense)

I like this version better than the original. Kiriko had more friends from the start, she and Asuri are in the same guild since the almost beginning, Griselda's still alive, the Black Cats didn't die, ...oh why couldn't this be canon instead?
