I don't even have words to describe how this fic made me feel.
It was beautifully written, and it completely shattered my heart several times, and just when I thought it couldn't be broken anymore, you managed to break it again. I loved it so much. You even somehow managed to begin stitching my heart back together with all the fluffy bits. But seriously, this was amazing.

I really liked this story. It's been my favourite ever fanfiction! A few questions. What's the sequel gonna be called? Do you think Merlin will have after effects like PTSD like he did the last time? Because I doubt it could be all plain sailing? Or what about the people of Camelot, how would they accept magic after Uther tyrannical preaching about it? Surely there would be a bit of an outcry? I loved this story. Please continue!

I came really late to this story but I'm so glad I found it, what a treat! Love the whump, love the conditioning, love Merlin's thought processes, it's all so deliciously angsty! Will def be following the sequel :)

Best. Story. Ever. You should write a book, cause you're the best ff writer I've seen so far. I loved the knights reaction to his magic. I really think thats how it wouldve been in the show. I laughed a lot when Gwaine saidHey, just so you know, Arthur's been torturing me again, and I almost killed my self, but everything's fine now'". And I love it when Merlin called Kilgharrah a lizard and the prophecy just gossip. I'm heading off to read the sequel right now. Please keep up the awesome writing.
