Why doesn’t Gaara just use his infinite-magic-red-pouch filled with sand? Unless the author forgot?

Hi, I really can't believe it's been that long since I started reading your story. In other words, I missed the last update and so far I have caught up with this masterpiece.
Please continue! You don't know how much I love this story, I really do. You have made my favorite naruto character my favorite harry potter character hahahaha.
I like the idea of Draco and Gaara having a relationship. I imagine a situation where Gaara goes to the Yule dance with Draco and that would be so cool. Luna would still go but decides to go without a partner and be with Ginny.
The student's looks on them. Ahhh it would be great.
On the other hand, I still see a strange situation where Ron's cousin goes with Harry, but that would be horrible.
Can I hope that Draco and Gaara dance together at the dance? I swear I dreamed of such a scene while reading the chapter.
What will Gaara do now without his sand? In other words, he is a powerful ninja, but we also know that here he depends a lot on his sand and he is not yet the kasekague.

Things I love about this chapter:
1. the way you wrote the side characters. Fleur is super badass, sassy & confident, I like her:) Krum is more of an ass than he had first appear, but being a sportsman he's probably fed up with cheaters, plus his headmaster seems like a nasty person. The Lavado situation is also pretty funny.
2. The interaction with Harry and Gaara. Gaara is supposed to protect Harry but he didn't tell Harry the dragon! It's so hilarious yet so in character. And Harry is not on good terms with Gaara yet he tells Gaara about the dragon and worry for Gaara when knowing they can't bring anything else.
part where Sirius stormed in. I don't have anything to say other than I LOVE IT.
plot twist at the end. You manage to follow the HP plot yet still surprise us. I half expect Gaara to learn some last-minute sand summoning spell and had a close victory, but at the same time I want him to panic and his animal magnetics just come to play and the task ends hilariously anti-climactic.
I hadn't said this before but you're such a genius at balancing the plot. A problem with crossovers is that when you bring a powerful player to the field, readers definitely want to see some impact(otherwise there's no point of crossover); but at the same time you can't change the plot too much otherwise it would feel like a whole different thing. Morbidus is a very clever character you have used to balance out Gaara's impact. Ex: If Gaara gets jailed by killing death eaters it would be the end of this story, but if he gets scot-free it would seem forced just for the plot. By introducing Morbidus and all these wizard politics you came up with a convincing solution of why Gaara wasn't jailed. I'm still wowed by how you weaved this story after rereading a dozen times. So thank you for writing this story.

Gaaras nonchalance about the dragons was pretty in character and his response to Harry about how they were in the forest for anyone to find was so great I reread the scene a few times. Presumably Gaara could just call sand from elsewhere couldn't he? There will be plenty of earth around during the task and if need be he could just have sand prepared and left nearby. Wouldn't be any different to Harry calling his broomstick from the castle and would probably be easier. Honestly I'm more concerned with how he plans to get through the task without hurting the dragon. Though honestly telling the Champions they can't harm the dragons seems like too big a clue that they'll either need to evade or get by it somehow. I'm interested to see Dracos reaction to this news and maybe an insight into Fudges thoughts on the proceedings. Life happens to everyone so take as much time as you need for the next chapter. Looking forward to reading the first task.

I knew you were coming back (eventually XD). I'm so happy to have read this twice already. I ate it as soon as it came out but definitely needed some time to digest and write the review you always deserve.

Ok, so, first: Hermione sticking by Harry's side but with still some doubts is so on character. Love it. And then you add Gaara's struggle at being the center of attention in a positive light plus the fact that, even if Draco is less angry, Gaara can still feel the tension. As you may have wished, I'm totally freaked by Crabb and Goyle. I think I know what they're up to but I don't know what spooked me more, Wormtail or them. That and Lavado's issue kept me pretty tense. haha

Second: how you wrote Luna throughout the whole chapter was simply priceless. I loved every part of it. From the comparison of her with a carrier pigeon to her interaction with Fluffy and just how close she seems to Gaara I think it was absolutely great. Though I missed a little the increasing interaction between Hermione and the redhead I think it was according to the mood of this chap.

Third: Sirius. Just, Sirius. He was a magnificent piece in this chap. I can't believe I needed that scene at the common room until after I read it. I'm looking for more moments like this. Even that tiny indirect moment between Narcissa and Gaara was absolutely beautiful. I love how many people actually love and are looking after the little ninja (something he lacked most of his life).

Fourth: The Weighing ceremony was a masterpiece when it came to describe Gaara. I mean I loved every bit of it but I loved to see how immerse in this story is the little one now. How little he cares about this world to not even take care of such important thing. Comes to show how little attachment he has but also contradicts the fact that he actually likes some of the people in this world.

Finally, my favorite scene of them all. Although, not one of the flashiest, I just ADORE how Gaara would simplify his developing friendship with Naruto. It was simply too much for my heart. So adorable and comes to demonstrate what it meant to Gaara to find someone like the blond that didn't fear him and saw him as an equal (as he describes).

All in all a great addition to the story (like always). I hope you are doing well and we get to know more before the year is over. Thanks for your hard work.
