Random-Fan-2017 chapter 19 . 9/13 Ya know, reading through this again, I'm pretty spooked by the potential of the Bio attack on the Theocracy going horribly, horribly wrong - also I saw 28 Days Later and it freaked me out again. I'm still not 100% sure how good the border patrol is for the Baharuth Empire and the Re-Estize Kingdom - especially with the Kingdom - but if one thing goes wrong, or one of the infected breaks into either country, then it'll be a massacre that even Nazarick might have trouble cleaning (covering) up. Sorry if this annoys you, but I am so hyped to see what happens next. |
Starthisle chapter 19 . 9/12 Hello dear author! I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WRITING SUCH A WELL-THOUGHT FANFICTION OF AN ANIME THAT HAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL! You have given the characters and your original characters such good character background and personalities that I believe is not easy to do. The progression of the story is exquisite and the amount of detail put into this is unreal. It is beyond amazing! I have read through this about 2x already just to be able to take in all that is happening in this wonderful world you have created. I hope you do not abandon this story and I hope to see the end that I feel will be epic! Cheers, author! I am now an avid follower :) |
Orokin Rundas chapter 4 . 8/27 is Ramiel based off of the Evangelion adaptation? |
Random-Fan-2017 chapter 19 . 8/21 I'm excited/nervous about what's going to happen next chapter. One of, of not THE, worst possible people in the Kingdom is about to ascent to power, they still haven't done ANY-FREAKING-THING to deal with their corruption/criminal problem, and if what I think is going to happen happens, then it could lead to an massive conflict between 2 powerful countries that can and will end the Re-Estize Kingdom. Because if 'it' does happen, then it will give both the Sorcerer Kingdom/Nazarick and the Baharuth Empire a strong reason to declare war against Re-Estize, and their new leader will be the beginning of the end for them, like the straw that broke the camel's back. |

Random-Fan-2017 chapter 6 . 7/9 I love the small yet noticeable changes to the characters. From Leliel needing help to put on non-combat clothing, to Baraqiel panic-shouting to keep the food schedule on track, to Azrael's fumbling of Ainz's code name, and Sammeal requesting Yuri & CZ Delta to handle 'human talk', it was a fun time. Remastered Clementine v Azrael. The psychotic assassin vs the Angel of Death...yeah, that went about as well as it could've for her. Khajit's plan has always kind of confused me, for a few reasons. 1. He became a necromancer and started all of this because his mother died - from a brain disease according to the manga - and he wanted to live long enough to find a new, stronger type of resurrection magic to bring her back. 2. He wanted to achieve a longer life by turning himself into a Lich - an undead - so that he could hopefully master resurrection magic, but IF he succeeded, his mother would be disgusted with him for being an inhuman, undead monster. The Theocracy HATES non-human beings, including undead, yet he doesn't seem to consider that while he's planning on wiping out E-Rantel to bring back 1 person who died of 'natural causes', so his mother might not be able to come back anyway. I get that his mother's death affected him, and I can sympathize with that, but his plan is almost counterproductive to his aims. 3. Despite knowing how & why his mother died, he still obsessed over bringing her back by sacrificing hundreds of innocent people, with the help of a sadistic serial-killer, using a spell in a place that would have aided in the destruction of a nation, all to become an unfeeling, magic zombie so he could (hopefully) revive 1 human who would undoubtedly hate him for how he went about bringing her back. My question to his insane plan is: If he wanted to bring his mother back to life...then why didn't he just become a priest and dedicate his life to studying resurrection magic in the Theocracy? Its not like they would've said no to something like that, yet he chose the evil, 'making enemies all around' path instead of the one that people would have actually wanted to help him out with! But this is just how I look at Khajit's stupid plan. Love the chapter, looking forward to the remastered chapter 7 and chapter 20 when they're finished :D Good luck, and PLEASE stay safe. |
Azukka chapter 19 . 7/9 Actually, before Prince Zanac was betrayed, killed, and presented to Ainz, Ainz was going show mercy to the Kingdom by just killing some of the soldiers and then letting the others retreat from the skirmish and then retreat from the kingdom. But then the nobles kileld Zanac and that was when Ainz finally lost faith for the people of the kingdom and ordered everyone to show no mercy and massacre every soldier of the Kingdom. But then again, he spared the civilians so maybe he hasn't lost most himself yet. Anyways, another amazing chapter and once again Ainz and Sammel underestimate the "weak" items from Yggdrasil thinking the effects would only be minor. |
alexjrs88 chapter 19 . 7/8 As always, you wrote a great piece of writing that makes me glued to my toilet seat. Please keep it up OP and please let us also know if you have other writeups available. |
Azukka chapter 6 . 7/7 I literally spat my drink when I was thinking that the Grand Ball was almost identical to "The Count of Monte Cristo" and then you suddenly introduced Mondeggo. |
Random-Fan-2017 chapter 19 . 7/7 I like the trial-by-fire that the revived Black Scripture members are going through, though they'll probably need to be teleported away if they get outside so they can't backtrack the location of the tomb. The 'infection' in the Theocracy was awesome, scary, and caught me off-guard. I honestly thought it was a zombie virus at first, but it was a similar strain of the "Rage Virus" from the movie "28 days later." I watched a bit of that movie- I know they were testing the virus on chimps, for some reason, and some activists tried to release the chimps, one activist got infected, and it just snowballed from there until everything went to shit. Bummer :( That last bit at the end...fudge cakes, that's gonna lead to a LOT of problems for the Kingdom. Also, wait, if Gazef has access to the King's liquor cabinet, then won't the nobles think that he... Oh there's gonna be a massive shit sandwich waiting for him by the arrogant nobles looking for a convenient scapegoat. What rich a-hole wouldn't blame 'the dirty commoner' for something like this. Me thinks the Sorcerer Kingdom is gonna gain a new commoner friend pretty soon. |
Lord FTW chapter 18 . 7/7 I agree He has a lot of power he doesn't know how to control and he doesn't know how to control these things happens He stays knowing how to govern and control his power It seems he hasn't learned the government even though he's trying to run away |
