ten is to blame for all of this. if he just hadn't ignored rose and umpulsively crashed through the mirror without the reassurance that he will come back, then none of this would've happened. nine loved rose too much that the sky could be falling apart and he would still choose to save rose then saving the world if he has the time for it.

that's why i love nine. the world could possibly go over but he would still be choosing her over everything.
