Aww Haz this was adorable! I can't believe I'm only reading this now! I was smiling throughout!
I'm been reading your work for years now and I can truly say that your writing has really improved over the years. Not that there was anything wrong with it to begin with - you've always been a fantastic writer.

In fact I have always loved your use dialogue, it's hard to get Draco/Ginny banter just right and you always do it seamlessly. Your word choices and the dynamic between the two always feels...right.

I loved the detail with Pavo the peacock. :)

My only one nitpick would be that a Brit would never use the word 'bleachers,' but your Australian so I forgive you! ;)

I loved it

Yessss! I love it. One of my favorite aspects of the D/G relationship is Draco being one hundred percent smitten with Ginny.

"Scorpius?"

"You always said it would be a fitting name for your first son."- I died a little bit. I absolutely love that line.

Also:

"Don't touch it!"

Draco both worrying over Ginny's safety/health while also freaking out over the ferret even being in his house is conveyed so brilliantly in those lines.

Absolutely loved it! Great job.
