Love this story! I’m currently obsessed with Harry Potter and GOT/ASOIAF crossovers, and I am so glad I found this one! I haven’t seen this take before of Harry in the Bolton’s or his interactions with the plot! I really hope you haven’t given up on this story because it’s incredible! If you ever need to bounce ideas of I’m sure any of your followers would be glad to help because I sure am!

Why not have some of his sell-swords (injured or aged) train them?

Domeric should train Jon to be a leader (King) in order for him to take over one of the abandoned keeps/castles instead the boy becomes King and make Domeric his Hand.

I love the Starks, I really do. In fact most of fics I read because it's either Independent North or a powerful North (I love the rare Torrhen Stark never bent the knee fics too) but there are times when I find myself looking for fics that do not necessarily show bashing towards the Starks but at least highlights how the House of Starks have come too naive/complacent in the game. This is one of those that I really find because not only are we on the point of view of a Bolton but Harry's (Domeric's) thoughts are all logical. Robb is too naive (and not just him) and the Starks being followers of The Seven just makes me wish that they would learn their lesson. This also showcases how unfairly treated the Bolton's are just because of rumours and reputations (which in canon can be half true half not; not all of the Boltons were power hungry - canon Domeric was even too trusting). I wonder with how cunning Harry is what is really his goal in the end!

Jesus. This guy has lived for 250 years. And you're saying that he was intimidated by Eddard Fucking Stark. Seriously? Please don't exaggerate the age so much if you can't back it up with your writing.

So he's a high level wizard from the modern world and he had to spent a few years fostering in someone else's home in order to gain an ally that might not even help him during a war. Are you fucking serious.
The simple invention of Printing Press would have made him one of the richest businessmen in Westeros easily. And there are so many other ideas he could use to increase the prosperity and wealth of his house which would allow him to raise and arm more men in the future.
I just think that the fostering idea is rather stupid.

Great job on the chapter. Really liking that Dom is proactive about his skills, actually using his magic. In lots, LOTS of stories, Harry's a total badass who can wipe the floor with Dumbledore, but gets his ass kicked in fights.
