Gotta say. I am not sad seeing this dropped. The story started on such an intresti g premies, but the pase was so slow and the longer it wwnt on the more i wanted things to be different. And honestly with how the auther said it was going to end. I dont think i would be happy with it. Honestly the first fee chapters where the best.

“He gets stabbed so he can have more fiends” — I CHOKED. That was hilarious. What’s not hilarious is the farewell to Itachi: I loved their relationship, and I’m sad to see it go. Hopefully, in a perfect world, they get to be buddies after the Uchiha are appeased and no bloodshed — hahaha yeah, probably not gonna happen. Please tell me Shisui has what it takes to protect Itachi. And don’t ever kill off Izo again. I love him too.

The Kyuubi is a conniving bastard and the Hokage is a close second. Now that the pressure is on to NOT die I feel like Mori’s risks will only increase. I can only wonder who will release the Kyuubi first: Mori or Naruto. Speaking of, I love that Mori is finally interacting with Naruto. They both have seals placed on them they didn’t ask for. And I don’t think Shisui is on that mission for the Uchiha Clan; rather, I think he’s there on Itachi’s behalf. As in “who is this guy that Itachi loves and do I need to kill him” rather than “who’s messing up our beloved prodigy’s loyalty to the Uchiha Clan”. I hope that, anyway. I like Shisui. Probably will die later when he does.

I with the Hokage would let Mori be more helpful; if he goes back in time, I would want him to know everything so he can change it. But atleast Izo knows now, and Mori has someone to confide in. Unfortunately, or I gusss fortunately, 4 months of progress with team 4 is gone. Hopefully they can rebuild their teamwork and skills without the problems arising. I wonder what Mori, and now Izo, will do differently this time...

AHHHH oh my god this chapterRRR. Pretending I didn’t read the last few paragraphs, I would have said for Chie to buckle up and get over whatever funk she’s and I would have had no idea what to do with Izo (and looking back it’s no surprise he’s in ANBU). Mori had gotten complacent after becoming a jounin Sensei; he needs to keep up his ANBU skills imo if he wants a chance to change anything. I’m dying to know (no pun intended) where Mori will end up. Will it take him to the same spot as a 16y/o over and over again or just where he messes up?

When Izo didn’t come back after one month I expected his return to be like this but damnit that doesn’t make it hurt any less. And then there’s Chie — I hope team 4 can get all get back on their feet. Also, I appreciate the reminder that Mori isn’t completely “back to normal” after his and Yuko’s death. No one could be. So it’s reassuring to know he still carries that trauma with him.

this was a pleasant surprise! and so underrated. Usually OCs are so boringly written in other stories so I mostly want them to interact with the main cast, but this, I was into it. I actually really liked it! and cough— I actually like Izo and Mori's genin team. My favorite. They're written so well, they feel alive.
