| dnfkneiowod chapter 1 . 1/1/2019 So I'm assuming this is a different version of the Fitness Gram Pacer Test, that one has a male voice. If it is, ya'll are some running prodigies because the Gram Pacer's levels move up by ten and some people are saying that you get up to level 16. So run from the short end of the Basketball court to the other before the beep and that's a lap. Every 10 laps the level goes up and the time you have to run gets shorter. I think the recoding only goes up to level 10 though. I, for one, have never made it past 30. We only need to make 25 to pass. |
