Interesting but boooring! Not enough conflict. Not enough CHAOS! I'm a total troublemaker you see. The fact that pranksters are banned made me really annoyed by these damned blank tyrants who are stiffy and didn't know the meaning of fun. Honestly, it's a world of nightmares for people who love chaos xD Mark my words, the more people are oppressed the harder they revolt. When Harry grew old and die the next generation will probably be really chaotic to return the balance, too much peace and order is just inviting CHAOS.

BTW Harry is usually a cloud, sky and lightning in that order. There are very few rain, storm, sky and mist. I would like to a see a mist Harry as well.

Instead I'd Say: This Is Was What Would Happen If The Soul Of Hibari Kyoya Was Instead Born or Reborn into The Body Of Harry Potter. So If You Don't Have Time To Make This Fanfiction or Fanfic Story Idea Into A Multiple Chapter, Then Either Make It Into A Fanfiction Story Challenge and/or Put The Story Up For Adoption. Fortunately, Whatever Option You Choose Doesn't Have Much Impact If Someone Decides To Write The Fanfiction Story Idea Of: What If Hibari Kyoya Was Reborn As Harry James Potter With His Memories and Personality Intact From His Previous Life As Sawada Tsunayoshi's Cloud Guardian.
