I was just perusing through this part of the archives again for nostalgic purposes when I stumbled upon your story. I really love the idea that Pitch has some friends looking out for him and the concept of "adult guardians". I really liked this story and it was the first that I favorited and reviewed in such a long time. Keep up the good work :)

I really enjoyed this story. I love how well thought out your take on Lady Luck is and how she is connected to the Casino, and I love how you made both her and Pitch pretty decent sounding characters in the end. I think people often get so wrapped up in Pitch's sadistic side that they forget that he really isn't all that bad. His power is fear, for goodness' sake, of course he loves scaring people. He's only trying to be visible and believed in. I also love the idea of him owning a haunted house. Overall, very original, keep up the good work!
