This was very cute. But I think Sasuke's letter was less of a congratulations to Naruto and more of a personal message to Sakura for her birthday, there are others that agree with me, although unless Kishi says it it is up for interpretation.

Thank you, it made me happy for real. I was very disappointed when Sasuke appeared for 10 secs, I mean it's the last episode and the whole series was literally about team 7 chasing after him. The letter part from yesterday's episode made fangirl as usual. Great story, I guess I'll leave the rest to my imagination.
