I think you should have expanded more on Ariel's life as Harry because its very short if you're gonna call this a HP/Supernatural crossover.
Ariel sounded like he was flirting with Sam.
I dont know much about Supernatural so I don't have anything to say on that end but I am a Potterhead so if you're gonna do this, do it right okay.

You could also have him struggle with controlling his grace for a bit as he has gone so long without making use of it. Additionally, there could be tension in regards to a seemingly new, yet powerful angel appearing out of the blue as most of the host of heaven and hell wouldn't have been alive to remember him. Then there could be bits with him trying to catch up with what is going on and where his father has disappeared to as Chuck is supposed to have flown the coop without letting anyone know where he disappeared to, Gabriel, for instance, is oblivious.

It is great so far but if you are planning on re-writing it I would maybe suggest having Harry take a bit longer to adjust to all the lives he has lived. Also, I can't envision the Weasley's and co. thinking he made a deal with a demon or something right off the bat. If anything, I think the wings should have meant to them that he was being possessed or something along those lines. It would still ostracise him as due to the black color of them he could only be a fallen angel or demon according to most beliefs. Besides, considering the wizarding world has experienced witch burnings and the like leading to the Statue of Secrecy, hearing his place in the same religion that had them burned would only further divide them even if he was given the chance to explain (not that they would be inclined to believe them if he did). Hermione especially might be inclined to think a demon has taken over his recently dead body, as would any Muggleborn or Muggle-raised, while the Wizards might have some negative stories regarding beings with angelic wings and anything related to the Church.

They don't open their eyes right away and they are more likely to sleep almost immediately as the birth is just as stressful for them. Tickling will likely wake them up and have them crying.

U could have him know John and have him involved through john and gab... Or when the brothers meet the twins and get in trouble... Or just have him hang back until Michael and the angels piss him off and he reveals himself.
