This was great. I really feel that Ricken gets hated on for no good reason, and it's nice to see him get some affection-and by popular demand, no less!

Just wondering if Robin's gonna have much interaction in this story with Chrom and Sumia, since they're the catalyst for everything that Robin will be going through.

As for my vote on who I want to see...well, Inigo's not around (frick) and Virion's already been offed, so to speak...so, I'll go with Libra. And if not him, I'd want Gaius.

Maybe focus on that tome subplot you seem to have implied? Tharja should be easy enough to persuade if Robin casually mentions it no?

YAY! Finally get to see Robin with alone time with Ricken! I love how you got them to bond as he does research on tomes with her and assures her that she is one of them after he walks her to her room.

Also, I love how she admired his lean muscles in his arms! I can see her picking out details like that.

I must say Robin's "guest room" is truly more impressive than any motel room I've stayed in from the sounds of it alone, at least in space. We have the technology edge thankfully... and toilet paper.

Should've known Robin would've had a hard first day with those nobles being skeptical of her being among them for such meetings. At least with Chrom proving he was not budging on his decision they left the matter alone for now.

Thankfully Chrom possibly passing the message along for the Shepherds to let Robin have dinner with them, via Frederick I believe, is a good calm down time for Robin. To let her be around more friendly people that she knows and trust, easing her woes a bit. Even having a little meeting in the future with Ricken for research over those tomes they found!

Hey, idea. Why not have the tome research include a bit of teasing on both ends? Like Robin could be behind Ricken and look over his shoulder to help him in research. Not knowing how feeling her chest against his back of her face so close to his would be flustering the young man. While Ricken could lend an ear to any worries he detects in Robin's expressions. Showing her that despite his young appearance, he has a maturity and loyalty to him that says he'll always be there for her. Even offer her solutions or possible ideas to help cope with her new role of adviser for Chrom.

Not a big strong guy, but loyal, loving, caring, compassionate, kind, and strong willed in looking after those he cares for. Such that will cause her to admit secretly to herself, that he's growing to be a good man and would make a good husband to some lucky woman... What do you think?

Poor Robin, she had been nervous with how her time with Lon'Qu last night would make him act around her, making them both a shy mess in the morning. Leading to her avoiding Lon'Qu by hiding in the back with Lon'Qu doing his duties at the front.

Virion you sneaky dog, trying to get a kiss out of Robin by beating her in chess when you got Maribelle interested as it is~ At least Robin gave him one on the cheek as his prize so he TECHNICALLY got what he wanted. Thankfully without Maribelle finding out or he'd be getting an earful and her parasol somewhere the sun the don't shine...

Chrom making Robin his adviser was a smart move and perfect reasoning for why she should stay in the castle with Chrom and Lissa who happily wish Robin to be with them. Giving her something new to do now that the battles are over.

I love it so far. If we are able to guess or at least I would like to see a more direct scene between Ricken. Always found him adorable.

Your characterization is so on point! Especially for Chrom and Gaius! I can imagine Matt Mercer saying those exact fucking lines! I hope this story will continue!

I have to say this is a good start for this chapter showing how Robin was pining for Chrom at first and hopeful after defeating Gangrel. Only for Chrom to pick Sumia and both to feel awkward a bit, before finally finding peace as just friends. Leaving Robin to feel happy, though slightly mourning her loss of a chance with him, for Chrom and Sumia.

Gaius tries to cheer her up in his own way, while subtly making his own move and even accidentally got Robin a bit interested in Lon'Qu too~ From the look of it I can say the man is somewhat interested in her too, but probably doesn't fully realize his feelings and reluctant to accept them right now. Especially after what happened to that poor girl from his childhood.

I find this kind of cute in both pairing options really, but I have a suggestion to get Robin to help Fredrick with his bearmeat issue. Yes, it's been done in support chats between them, but you have to admit this would be good timing now that Plegia is done and over with. Especially since Chrom is married now, Fredrick might feel an "odd" sense of relief that he can spend time with Robin, but unable to understand why he feels relief she isn't looking at Chrom anymore.

Hm... interesting!
