I really liked this. But, if it had happened, there's no way Harry could have left her. And there's no way she could have gone on the mission with them.

#1) She would've easily been tracked every time she was forced to do magic to defend herself, since she was underage, and #2) Harry would have been focused on protecting her rather than the mission.

Seriously, can you imagine what Harry would have been like if Ginny was tortured at Malfoy Manor?! Knowing her and Harry's history, Bellatrix would've taken Ginny instead of Hermione. Or both of them. Harry would not have been able to fight off the panic. He would have been just as frantic as Ron. Even more frantic. His and Ginny's relationship was much more intimate.

Another fine moment for Harry and Ginny. I really enjoy how you write their relationship and their interactions. Wonderful job. Sequel in the future or a possible extension into a longer story?
