MultiColourMadness2 chapter 5 . 7/14/2018 This is really good but you really should try to avoid spelling out the whole don’t bottle up your emotions thing as it takes away from the power of the sentiment, and will probably make it less impactful when link realises it. |
lgxbts chapter 1 . 2/2/2018 Aaaaaaaaaahh that was so good |
jordanlink7856 chapter 15 . 12/3/2017 Simply beautiful. End was a bit rushed, but it wasn't any less... moving as the whole story was. Well done! |

ChameleonGiant chapter 15 . 8/24/2017 It took me until the end of the 2nd or 3rd chapter for the story to peek my interest. Connecting the dots and deepening the character within Link as he and Zelda struggled with eachother was orchestrated superbly, your writing in turn becoming much more colorful from when you first began. The only beef I have is with that memory where they're running through the woods and Zelda pours her whole soul out to Link and even the rain makes you feel torn up..! It ended so abruptly and I was so sure Link was gonna say something To Zelda that would catch the reader's attention, y'know? (Sorry, that was like my favorite scene out of the whole game. I must defend it XP). I found the ending a little weak as well. (I was expecting that chapter to be really long. 5000 words or so right?). I still really enjoyed reading your fic. Finished it in one sitting while I felt all the frustration, anxiety, sympathy and relatability that came with it. To top that off, this makes a pretty awsome headcannon. I knew Zelda was going through the motions of her destiny but sometimes it's hard to imagine the hero doing the feeling. The background and relationship really add to the burden he carries. |
Tomas K chapter 15 . 8/13/2017 Start to finish, this was amazing. Breath of the Wild may very well be just as loved as Ocarina of Time, but its story left much to be questioned and this and other fanfics give the truly engrossing plot true sentiment and feeling. An excellent prequel to the game we all know and love. What a tragic portrayal of the events leading to the momentary triumph of Calamity Ganon. In the end, though many are dead and all hope seems lost, Zelda and Link have found true trust – an unbreakable bond. Affix this to the events of the game itself, and we have a truly moving piece of literature. It's just so epic I cannot explain it. |
Guest chapter 15 . 8/10/2017 OMG! I clicked on this fan fiction thinking it would be just like any other with grammatical errors and a kinda cheesy storyline, but you proved me wrong! The story was beautifully writer and Link's internal struggle is very real and almost completing. Not only that but there are barely any errors! Thank you for blessing the world with this fan fiction ~~ |
skyguys05 chapter 15 . 8/10/2017 What a fitting way to end the story. You did an amazing job building up Zelda's and Link's character throughout the whole thing. There are some things I think you should have done better but I don't feel like going back and nitpicking. Anyways, well done. |
Gddssgrl chapter 15 . 8/10/2017 I really liked it! Good job! -Dani3 |
