It was perfect! I didnt imagine what Shinichi could annoy Kid with but I really liked it!

I like the Idea that Kid demanded a favor of Shinichi because of the Mystery Train thing. I thought about this before and I really hope that Gosho might do something similar.

I wondered at first that hes meeting with him without disguise but of course Shinichi wouldnt know that. Since they are supposed to be brothers Kids appearance fitted quite nice.

Well... Kid asked Shinichi to be his little brother didnt he?
I bet he enjoyed annoying Kaito for once! And I clearly enjoyed reading it! It was nice to see them somehow witch places in their characters since its normally Kaito who takes this part. Really the little shopping-tour, along with the hungry little Shinichi was very nice!

I do like the switch there... Kid being honest with him while Shinichi told him what hed observed during his little "play". It was good that they were on the same side after Shinichi was able to bug Snake!

While attention isn't really called to it all that much, so far as I can recall, Conan /does/ often drink iced coffees when going out to places, at least in the anime (and maybe a little in the manga, too?). Maybe that's where people got it from; I think it may have once been referred to as unusual in passing. But it's not like he's not allowed to have them; Ran is never seen really objecting to this, so far as I know.

As for Kaito, I couldn't say; I haven't really delved into the Magic Kaito series yet. Curiously, Shinichi/Conan is often portrayed by the fandom as being sort of the opposite in his tastes: while the fandom seems to have Kaito rather fond of sweets (and chocolate in particular), Conan/Shinichi is often written as not really caring for them all that much, when to the best of my knowledge, he is neither overly fond nor overtly disliking sweets. He seems mostly indifferent; he can be seen eating candy sometimes, but he doesn't make a big deal out of it like some other characters might would.

What a fun story! Shinichi plays the role of a "younger brother" so perfectly, it's scary (then again, when you've had to pretend to be 7 for so long..), and kudos to Kaito for putting up with all of it!
I like stories like this between these two, well done!

I always wonder where the idea of Kaito's addiction come from - especially taking into account that in the anime he even gave all of his he got on Valentines to Jii. As for Shin I believe it was meantioned at some point that he does enjoy coffee. So while no addiction it's that still - and as like you wrote in this fic, I also believe that he would appreciate a cup simply because he can't drink it usualy now or miss it when he is tired.

As for the fic - I really enjoyed it :) At first I was wondering why Kaito wasn't trying to make Shinichi regret his act, but you did clear it up nicely :) I'm always happy to read a nice friendship fic and this one did not dissapoint me~ So thank you for sharing it - take care and keep on writing!
