DocMcRegals chapter 7 . 4/14/2017 I loved this story! The emotions were just right and perfectly in line with the events of the show. It captured everyone's emotions perfectly. I do wish that you'd maybe done a reaction from Juliette though. In fact, Id love to see you continue this story, dealing with what comes after, since the show sort of skipped these tiny moments. I love Nashville and I've considered writing fics for it for a while but, after reading through a few of your fics as well as a couple of others, I think I might try my hand at writing for Nashville. Again, I really did enjoy this story and I do hope you continue more in this verse. Take Care, Xx |
piratewench78 chapter 7 . 4/14/2017 Perfect! I could definitely feel all Daphne's confusion and hurt and worry. Love Deacon being right there for her. Well done! |
Km chapter 7 . 4/14/2017 Sweet ending. And puts some pieces together. |
piratewench78 chapter 6 . 4/1/2017 I love how kind Gunnar was to Tandy. And it makes me sad that no one except Tandy seems to get how raw the parallels must be for him. Beautiful chapter! |
Beth Pryor chapter 6 . 3/31/2017 Your grasp of these characters, especially the minor ones, really makes this special. Looking forward to the finale. |
piratewench78 chapter 5 . 3/21/2017 I could really feel how isolated he felt. What a terrible situation to be in when you find out someone close to you has died. The fact that it's the mother of his children and he can't be there to offer comfort when they need it is kind of heartbreaking. You always do a nice job of making Teddy seem sympathetic. And he is, at this point, anyway. |
Km chapter 4 . 3/17/2017 Sweet ending to this chapter! I love the different perspectives. |
piratewench78 chapter 4 . 3/17/2017 I have to think that Maddie will really struggle some day, sooner rather than later, with the fact that she wasn't there before her mom died, that the last time Rayna saw her, she was so scared she ran out and didn't come back. I like how she came to the place where she knew she'd have to look out for her dad. That will help them both. |
stephyswan chapter 3 . 3/15/2017 love this story... don't know if I love what the topic is though... #conniecomeback |
piratewench78 chapter 3 . 3/14/2017 I know this was Tandy's chapter, but damn. You did Gunnar beautifully. Tandy was exactly as I'd thought she'd be, but Gunnar... perfect. |
Km chapter 3 . 3/14/2017 Fantastic attention to details. Thank you for handing her water on the plane, and the chat with Gunnar. |
Softrock-showtunesgirlscout22 chapter 2 . 3/13/2017 My heart just shattered all over again, I'm loving it though |
Beth Pryor chapter 2 . 3/13/2017 It's good to see you writing here. I haven't watched the episode, but Connie Britton told me on Instagram what had happened, so there's that. I forever appreciate your ability to make Scarlett a likeable character because you know that for me she never was until you wrote her. I love Gunnar in this chapter, too. Just so present and not caught up in "them" or whatever. It always seemed to me that if they would just relax, they might just work out. I'm anxious to see how the girls and Teddy and Tandy and Juliet and Bucky all fare after this. I really love your take on Teddy, you know... |
Km chapter 2 . 3/13/2017 Great story. Fantastic chapter! |
piratewench78 chapter 2 . 3/13/2017 There's always someone who takes care of everyone. Scarlett was that person and you wrote her beautifully. She's devastated too, but she knows what she needs to do. It's interesting to see how she kind of puts everything into its own little compartments so that she can get through this hard time. Reminds me of how Rayna would do the same - put emotions in little boxes so that she could be strong for the people who needed her. |
