I suggest making your chapters longer, more to one day, then a couple seconds.

Since you rewrote the story, I have started re-reading it, and it seems a few of the chapters have been copied or deleted.
Chapter 6 is chapter 5 copied again.
Chapter 7 is chapter 31.
Chapter 15 is chapter 3 copied again. I thought this one would be very important to point out, since if I remember right, you find out something you need to know about Caine in that chapter. (No spoilers).

That's as far as I have re-read it, but scanning the titles of the rest of the chapters, they seem right. Hope this helps.
