Also the reason that Kuro thinks she's a Nero is because she used to be an angel with cat traits which in heaven is a sign of royalty. This could be the reason they murdered her parents, because her parents were royalty.

Okay so let's say that Kuro is a actually a fallen angel but she has been taught to act as if she was in sloth since the ripe age of 500 but when she turned 1500 her family was murdered by a demon and she had her memory wiped to forget her family but she didn't forget about acting like a sloth sin and always wearing the ring even though she forgot why she had to wear the ring and she also thought she was in sloth. The ring is to hide the scent of fallen angel and replace it with a demon's scent (because fallen angels are viewed as some of the strongest beings in all of hell, quite close to lucifer power and strength wise, they are immediately classed as royalty) because her parents were scared of her having an arranged marriage. Only when she takes the ring off will she remember and unlock her true power and she is the strongest fallen angel in the history of hell apart from Lycifer. You could put in where lucifer takes her ring because he believes it's a possible angelic artefact and her true powers come out then or that her fiancé takes her ring and breaks it in a fit of rage when he catches her trying to leave the castle without him and they have an argument and then her true powers come. She may also faint when this happens because of the immense shock and power surging through her body as the time of the event.
