Felt so horrible ... for Lee losing his memory and being so confused trying to put the pieces back together ... for Amanda trying and failing to cope with the love of her life not recalling her or their relationship ... for Billy being caught in the middle trying to help. Yet, Billy reassigning Amanda was what broke the case wide open. Billy's thought, "Apparently Lee hadn't forgotten how to disobey orders." That was funny. Excellent story that could have been a 2-part S&MK tv episode.

Really nice story. Two things, how did these guys have an agent drugged and interrogated and not protect his partner. Second you are just a big meanie! I wanted to see what an Amanda on truth serum would have to say to Francine!

I just reread this and I love it as much the second time as I did the first time. What a well crafted story..definitely could see it being an actual episode. Thank you for sharing it.

Absolutely AMAZING!

This was really beautifully done - Lee's frustration, the poignancy of Amanda's loneliness, all wrapped in a very believable and interesting plot. I really enjoyed it. You're a fabulous writer.

This was a great story. I only wish Amanda had a chance to talk to francine after she was injected with the truth serum.

This is a beautiful story. I felt so bad for Amanda - oh to put her through such "torture." You did a great job in conveying her feelings and Lee's frustration.
