The only advice I can offer is not to decide on the pairing this early on, as I doubt even you know how your character will develop in the future, and not make her underpowered. Seriously, making your OC weak doesn't mean they won't be a Mary Sue. On the contrary making them weak but still capable of resolving every issue that pops up does.

Like the idea for the main character. Not any (good) long form fanfics with an ice release mc. Grammar is noteworthy in that it is excellent! Keep it up. ~Obligatory warning to make sure the mc isn't under or overpowered. That the speed of growth is somewhere at least team 7 and at most Itachi. And that the mc is actually the mc, NOT Naruto~ Looking forward to future updates. Good luck!
