gentryandrew2000 chapter 26 . 7/30 Please make more chapters of this story it's good to read |
D72 chapter 15 . 5/26 Euron gets noscoped and Brynden gets another item off his amazon wishlist. Nope. That's as far as I can go. I'm done. |
D72 chapter 14 . 5/26 The rebellion is shit and I resent that so many thrones fics dwell there. This chapter felt like it was on rails. I'm gonna give it one more, but I was disappointed here, especially with "Jaime lannister sword hand hurr durr" That's asking Tywin to maim sansa. |
D72 chapter 13 . 5/26 This chapter was pretty fucking sour, unless "accidentlying" Roose bolton was a lie. The parts where Brynden is all "HEY MOM, I GOTS A BAAAAAAAAASTARD NOW HEY" were... not good. The wedding turning red was predictable. At least Arya got her mom back. Brynden shit talking at Jaime seemed a bit lame as well. Not sure I want to keep reading, but I will give it another chapter to change my mind. Pretty much every extra stark fic has the totally awesome new brother take over after the red wedding, and I gotta say, I'm pretty sick of it. I thought you were going to sidestep it, but nope! |
D72 chapter 12 . 5/26 It's a shame, be funny if he married Asha then got stole by Val. Hell, I think even Asha would get a kick out of it. "Tough girl, takes what she likes, but bullshit if I'll give up the title" Could even have hijinks as each "steals him" to weak protest. And he can't write Val off because they need the alliance. |
D72 chapter 11 . 5/26 I'd hope they'd sack, THEN raze. |
D72 chapter 6 . 5/26 I know this was posted long ago, but the quick, easy, obvious, and perfect name for the dagger is fang, or Wolf's Fang. It's good because it is simple, no southern frippery. First the fang goes in your gut, then Ice takes your head. I also think Rickon picked a better name for his wolf. A direwolf is indeed a shaggy dog. Bit understated yeah, but a good one. I always have a bit of a giggle at grey wind. A messy fart he is. |
Guest chapter 26 . 5/5 Hurry up and get chapter 27 out already! You've had more than enough time to send one more chapter out! Send the rest of the chapters out already! You have took too long of a break start typing again! The threats to the North are White Walkers, Stannis and the Red Witch, the Lannisters, the Reach and Daenyrs Targaryen and her three dragons. |
Guest chapter 26 . 3/6 are you ever going to get chapter 27 up |
Chuck Moloney chapter 26 . 3/3 Come on, the Starks have suufered too much in the main story and many other fanfiction. Let the Starks kick some ass and take names for once. |
Guest chapter 25 . 2/28 are you ever going to update for chapter 27? It has been years! Eventually Stannis and Byrden Stark are going to have to fight each other. The Free Folk army helps with that. Jon disapproves but supports his "brother" Howland Reed tells the truth about Jon Snow. |
freshprince91 chapter 26 . 2/20 Hands down one of my favorite stories on this site! It's been a real minute since you last updated this story and I imagine life happened, so I hope everything is well and one day you'll have the time and motivation to finish this story. Take care! |
oceans realm chapter 26 . 1/11 I like the story very much, but I have to agree with some of the others in that everything comes a little too easy for Brynden |
Alphapaladin chapter 1 . 11/29/2019 Littlefinger owed Ned no allegiance, he wasn't his bannerman sworn to him. You can't condemn him for that, on the word of a cutthroat Clegane who's a Lannister lackey turned deserter with ample reason to lie and poor character/reputation to boot. Ned start didn't get a trial by combat because he didn't ask for one, he didn't even ask for a trial, he didn't dispute his guilt. He pleaded guilty and confessed to treason. The only sentence for treason has always been death, and not an easy death by the sword, torture and pain most of the time. Ned asked Littlefinger to join him in a coup against the lawful King, LF denied multiple times and gave Ned other options yet Ned insisted. Become Hand/Lord Protector, just resign and go back North, go approach these other Lords in the capital and leave me out of it, but Ned insisted. Why should Littlefinger risk his life in a coup to put Stannis on the throne, who at best would remove him from the council and shut down all his brothels, at worst Stannis would execute LF by fire/hanging/sword. It'd be like asking Ned to remove Robert so he can put Aerys II back on the throne. LF only has small meager holdings to go back to and would be poor, why would anyone give up their position for that. Do you think Ned would stop Stannis from executing LF? Would he march a host down to King's Landing to save him? Would Ned give LF a good lordship and Lands in the North? The answer is no. Meant for chapter 26 |
Kaustubh Sridhar chapter 1 . 11/3/2019 amazing story. pls post more :D |
