This is a really nice story can’t wait to see how Link will fit into the main story

Good job on the rewrite. It’s more flushed out Compared to the original which felt a bit rushed. I love links interactions with the dryads and his fellow guild members.

Alright, this is utterly fantastic.

Now... Link said something about his equipment not being good enough? Link? HIS equipment? Alright, I can see that some of his young self's stuff definitely does not hold up to his adult arsenal, but he still has the Goron's Bracelet from OoT, and the Mirror Shield from MM, right? Not to mention the Great Fairy Sword. And once he gets back in his adult body, he can use the Golden Gauntlets, the different tunics, etc. Right?

I mean I would totally understand if he doesn't have the Master Sword, it still being in the Temple of Time, and all, but that Mirror Shield is OP against projectile magic.

I also think you're under-utilizing the songs. He can literally control time with the ocarina. He has a song that can heal him. Sure, they can't be used in a fight, but that's fine. Even if you want to nerf the songs, a bit of an explanation would be nice, because right now, I'm just sitting here confused at the under-utilization.

Definitely looking forward to more. Yes please.

So this is absolutely amazing, but you missed the perfect opportunity to use the "Minuet of Forest" song.

Yo! A very interesting story, I must say. The addition of Spryte was a neat twist, as well as having it begin before the manga/anime begins yet several years after Erza's escape from the Tower. I also really like the way you present Link's skills and strength compared to the rest of the group: Not as strong physically (at least yet) but is still very potent that is offset by Link's overall skill, experience, and tactical knowledge that let's him at least fight on par even with the eventual S-Ranked mages.

I try to express Link similarly in my story, a crossover of Zelda and Soul Calibur. I'm curious as to some of the other magic Link displayed in OOT and MM that he'll display or otherwise relearn like the Spin Attack, the Fire, Ice and Light arrows, and the other masks including the transformation masks.

I also know how life can affect one's motivation to write. I've either been unable to get the right direction I want to go or just haven't had the time or motivation to get back into it. Hope things have settled down and you're surviving in this strange time in the world. Looking forward to the next chapter!

Another great chapter on this end! It's funny, before I had seen you start this story, I had never seen Fairy Tail so I had not entertained this story. However since reading the first 6 chapters I have watched the entire anime series and now can further appreciate this content. Thanks again for all the enjoyment your stories have provided me! And now I'm sadly fully caught up. Really enjoying the interactions between everyone. I also find it amusing that at this point Mirajane and Erza are trying to make sure that they're not the one that loses to Link first. The Hylian getting a Kokiri-style home is nice, looking forward to seeing Lyre interact with the outside world.

I love it when philosophy comes up for combat, nice touch.

Okay, this is a lot of fun so far. Just wanted to put a review here before moving on to the next chapter. When Erza was demanding to be hit I almost expected Link to do an Uncle from Jackie Chan Adventures, lol. Not sure I agree with Link being at that much of a disadvantage strength-wise, not when as a kid he was pushing around stone blocks many times his size, but you're explaining everything well. I really like the reasoning for the color of his Fairy Tail mark and looking forward to seeing where this goes.
