As it's easier to get an annulment than a divorce.

Former could also be legally pushed for by the parental units at they haven't passed the age of majority of 18

(And age of majority and age of consent are differing concepts. So they can be old enough to have sex, but technically not enough to marry. Although, consummation changes that equation usually.)

Same doesn't apply to divorce. They'd, AFAIK, have to motion for that themselves, which I see neither of them do at this point.
