This story is so heart touching and heart warming!

Aww I loved this!

Very nicely done. I am just getting back into reading a bit of Naruto fanfic again, as I pcik up the series again after about a two year break; it's good to see there's still some good stuff around as there was when the series was in its heyday!

I could hear the dub voices in my head immediately, especially Shikamaru and I always feel that is a sign of a good story.

I always have felt, myself, to the point (in the opening stagss of the 4th ninja war where I'm at in the DVDs) that, bugger Sasuke, Naruto's ACTUAL best friend has been Shikamaru. This was, thus, a nice story, and one that wouldn't have felt out of place in the show at all.

I loved this story and am surprised it has so few reviews. Naru and Shika friendship is just so special. Hope you have a great day.

Ummmm, no? The shadow possesion jutsu doesn't work that way? Shika knocked his opponent out in the preliminary round via smashing her head against a wall. It DID NOT hurt him. I think you're messing up the techniques of Nara with Yamanaka. It's their soul switching thing that has consequences on their own body if the body their possessing is harmed during the possesion. Smh
