This was so terribly good. I don’t know if it’s because I’m PMSing but I came very close to actually crying during the last few chapters. I love how you wrote SasukeSakura’s relationship. There were a few moments when I thought the bar was in hell, like her feeling super touched about Sasuke not wanting her to sleep on the floor. That’s honestly the bare minimum for any husband, especially a man of Sasuke’s upbringing. Sasuke x Sakura is my OTP but sometimes I hate how Sakura gets thrilled at the SLIGHTEST MODICUM of decency from Sasuke— I mean shit, if he loves you so much, certain things should be a given. Not that she shouldn’t be appreciative, but swooning at the bare bones is really a result of her trauma from how he used to treat her. I guess when you love someone like Sasuke, there are lots of negatives you have to deal with if you want the good. It also made me think of a woman’s love only seems praiseworthy if she loves someone DESPITE ill treatment or anguish in the relationship. I get that that’s basically what this entire ship is based on, but being older now and seeing how the world works, it upsets me. Not criticizing you, because obviously fiction doesn’t have to be all feel-good and non-toxic to be well done. I really enjoyed the epilogue; although I wanted to see Indra suffer, the whole thing broke my heart. I’m partially mad at Shachi for going with him too, and I hate that she had to sacrifice herself because of her husband’s faults. I hate that women are often subjected to these situations (not in such dramatic fashion ofc, but you get my drift).
I only read this fic based on a rec, because I generally stay away from pregnancy themes. It’s not exactly what I was looking for, but I really enjoyed it— ESPECIALLY when Sakura realized why she was having the dreams. It’s so interesting bc I’ve always said that Sakura is the only one who could have really been with Sasuke; she was the only one (aside from Naruto) who had enough love for him and was willing to forgive him.

Indra is someone who I lowkey fell in love with, the angst vibe this guy just seemed to give was addictive. Despite my love for your stories, I’ve never left a review and it wasn’t until recently that I’ve began to understand how reviews can really show an author that their work is appreciated. If I hadn't known better (and I barely knew anything of the canon to this extent) and it weren't for the obvious implication of this site-fanfiction -, I would have believed this to be Canon. It gave me a deeper understanding of Sakura's enduring love and Sasuke's feelings in a narrative that was crafted to be parallel of theirs not only in their course of relationship but in the course of time as well. Omg I know this story is old but I had to write. The most unique and interesting plot I've read in a long time. With such an interesting pairing while still having loving bits of sasusaku.
