That was one hell of a ride. I honestly didn't expect the direction you took this story in, especially after the relatively light-hearted Circle of Destiny, but I can't say that I'm disappointed. The focus on characters who were damaged and weren't part of some great destiny to save the world was really refreshing and the world building you've done for your version of Hyrule and beyond is wonderful (especially the Knights of Hyrule and the different monarchies).

I don't have much more to say other than well done and that I'm looking forward to updates on Triforce of Power.

I loved the story, and all the characters, the world you write after Link and Zelda's death is alive and interesting and I feel a little bad that you didn't get a lot of reviews because it was certainly a lovely sequel.
Maybe it's the fangirl inside of me talking, not that I didn't care about Amichen and Naissus, and everyone else because they certainly were fantastic and brave and wise in their own right, you created amazing people with amizing personalities. But it doesn't feel right to have a zelda fanfic without them as the protagonists... I know, know, we're talking about their descendants and how they became legends in their own right like their benerables ancentrals parents... I can't help that feeling, though.
Don't misunderstand me, I read this in a day an a half beacuse it IS a great story, much better than others who have Link and Zelda as their protagonists, I suppose is because the shadow of them is too big after all they did in "The circle of destiny".
Thank you very much for the fanfic, I enjoyed it very much and I respect a lot the way you write, nowadays there aren't many people who write with so much respect for privacy. It's good to know that writers like you still exist.

It's great to see you've written more! I love that you've developed such a rich world based on zelda lore and it's a treat to revisit it with new characters. I came to read Circle of Destiny again after finishing Breath of the Wild (I'd felt let down by a slight lack of closure at the end) This chapter was a relief after previous events, as it's perhaps natural to fear such events on some level, and wonder about the psychological/ physical aftermath as much as everything else. I very nearly thew up when things took a turn for the worst as I wasn't expecting it to be so severe, sudden and in stark contrast to prior events. but there is a good balance of light and dark afterwards, and your protagonists are incredibly strong so far. You have a knack for illustrating the importance of human bonds/relationships and the sense of loss left behind.

I am a little concerned about Rodger and Amichen. Kinda getting a Guinevere and Lancelot vibe. I hope she doesn't cheat on Naissus with this guy... *after reading next chapter* Oop...nevermind.

Oh boy, what a ride! Those Chapters kept popping up at the speed of light (or somethng like that). After reading The Circle of Destiny, I was eager to see its Kingdoms come back to life once more. I have to say, I was fascinated by the way they did. And how Link's and Zelda's legacy was still visible in every corner of this world.
Like the Circle, this story was an emotional rollercoaster, sometimes i was left literally speechless by the things that had just happened. Another part of that was the feeling about what could possibly transpire soon, considering Amichens destiny and the fate of all those royals until chapter 17 (and 20 by extension). Plus the summary about the world catching fire. Neverthless there were enough moments filled with joy and putting up with flaws and insecurities to counter that.
However the last chapters seem a little bit fast-paced. I'm absolutely okay with that though, as I remember that the Circle was intended to be shorter and was expanded, I am sure you did not want to expand this story into a second Lord of the Rings as it is just a Spin-off.
One last remark: I really liked the fact that Amichens nature denying Hylian insta-travel wound up as being that important to the story. It contrasts the importance of Link and Zelda being able to teleport for their story.
Again an excellent read, keep up the good work!

p.S.: In the Circle you mentioned that Link's and Zeda's union broke the circle of them reincarnating and Ganon/dorf reappearing. However in the summary you wrote that this story happens in-between ther reincarnations. Will they come back again to face ome kind of evil? Or was Amichens experience any indicator towards an answer for question?
