Caleb Boros chapter 39 . 6/24
When is the story gonna be finished?
eltioRob95 chapter 39 . 6/23
It's amazing and cute that Lincoln prefers to be with Lynn of all his sisters.

and that it was she who surely hit him with more intensity than the other girls.

I liked the Lincoln moment with Ronnie Anne, excellent colleague.

Regards.
PLC The CD chapter 39 . 6/23
A little late too the party, but I hope you are safe in this pandemic. I don't blame you from the slow update, since like what you said in the end of your author's notes that your story is 3 years old and I understand the burnout.

As for the story itself, well, my vindictive feelings towards the sisters are waning in the previous chapters. Though that doesn't mean I will forgive any of them though. I do like with Lynn surprising Lincoln in the good way, the gentle hug in particular which is so out of character for Lynn that Lincoln didn't push her out of a way or freak out. She was able to control her temper this time, when he inadvertently angers her out of his own anger. Although it is probably because she notices Lincoln suffering a panic attack again. Though Lynn is miles ahead from Lincoln ending his fear from her and the other sisters, let alone forgiving them. Just because Lynn can control her temper this time around, what's not to say the others will follow suit?

I might not be obligated to forgive the Loud sisters and Lincoln himself is still feeling conflicted, but as a story stand-point, even though you stated in chapter 37 that you don't plan on ending with Lincoln forgiving his sisters and something that traumatic will take years. The story feels like it's becoming more like "What Is A Person Worth" with Lincoln speaking to his sisters and earning their trust again. Though I will take heed what you said in your said in your notes that things may not go as smoothly. Even if Becky and Mandee will forgive Leni, I doubt their friendships will be the same as before and that goes with the others.

You answered me in DeviantArt that Anger Management is only for people who go off in a slight often. Well, I retorted that neither do people beat someone within an inch of their life. That being said, it would be nice to see a in-universe explanation to the characters. I did suggested for someone who was a victim of domestic violence who feels like the Loud Sisters are similar to that of their abusers. Not all of the readers will understand this and neither will all the characters.

If it was any other story similar to this, the girls would have been taken to juvenile hall, but in Lori's case, she is one year of being 18 and would likely be charged as an adult. You have said to me that in the other stories that most of those stories don't end up in a happy ending, and I get that. However, that being said, because most of the students in the schools knew what the Loud sisters did. Teachers and staff alike might report to CPS, despite the Loud Parents' insistence of disciplining their daughters. I doubt CPS would like the threat of the belt into play even if it is a deterrent for the girls if they lose their tempers badly again or they try to sneak past their punishments.

I'm not saying you should take this in the remaining chapters, but depending where people live in the US at least. Schools usually report if something like this happens.

Great talk
Guest chapter 39 . 6/23
Lincoln has two heart-to-heart conversations in this chapter, one from one of his sisters and the other from one of his friends. Although Lincoln had asked to eat lunch with Lynn, he still finds it difficult to try making small talk with her but a conversation gets going when Lincoln admits that he isn't sure about how he will be able to keep his distance besides just being in his room as he is still not comfortable with the idea of being around all his sisters at once.

Lynn responds that she's certain the "Man with a Plan" can come up with something but this leads to Lincoln admitting he doesn't think he deserves such a moniker after all the failures his plans have suffered due to missing a spot check on certain details. This leads to anger taking control of Lincoln as he starts to vent his frustrations about the times his sisters have derailed his plans which leads to Lynn's anger coming out (although she does try to reel in her anger to prevent herself from doing anything regretful). Despite Lynn's restraint, Lincoln still sees Lynn's anger and fear takes the steering wheel from anger which doesn't go unnoticed by Lynn.

Lynn attempts to comfort Lincoln by hugging him which catches Lincoln by surprise and leads him to continue his thoughts about feeling he doesn't deserve his title because he believes he doesn't consider that there is more to his sister beyond their "signature traits" and he believes they know him better in comparison. Lynn counters that she & the rest of the sisters really don't know Lincoln all that well due to their history of callously dismissing his interests and also admits that even if Lincoln's plans aren't flawless, they are still impressive none the less and some of their failures are a result of her & the rest of the sisters usurping his plans. Lynn also admits that Lincoln feeling singled out or getting raked over the coals more often is a result of him being made into a scapegoat and feeling isolated by his sisters due to their dismissive attitude towards his interests more than warranted.

Lynn admitting she found out about Lincoln's talent with drawing and encouraging it helps lead to Lincoln asking Lynn's advice about which of their sisters he should talk to next, deciding he wasn't ready to talk to Luan just yet. Eventually, Lincoln decides to tap to Leni next before he & Lynn have to return to their respective classes.

By the end of the school day, Lincoln is preparing to ride his bike back home by himself due to most of the members of his "inner circle" having other commitments but Ronnie Anne reveals that she has no such commitments and asks if Lincoln could give her a ride back home (with Lincoln playfully pulling the request out of her). On the way to the Santiago House, Ronnie Anne asks Lincoln about his talk with Lynn at lunch and this eventually leads to "April Fools Rules" being brought up and Lincoln admitting he feared how Ronnie Anne would react if tried to cancel the meeting that day or if she was on the receiving end of Luan's pranks leads to Ronnie Anne comparing herself to the Loud Sisters.

At Ronnie Anne's request, Lincoln halts the bike ride so they can sit and Ronnie Anne starts to fear that her past mistakes may have lead to Lincoln fearing that she would harm him over anything that would possibly upset her. This leads to the duo having a chance to clear the air of any lingering tension over their rocky beginnings with Ronnie Anne apologizing & feeling regret over her misdemeanors while Lincoln apologized for jumping to conclusions about Ronnie Anne even after seeing that his first impression of her wasn't accurate. This moment of catharsis leads to the duo sharing a kiss and the journey to the Santiago House to continue in a more cheerful mood. The chapter ends with Lincoln gaining a new hope with regards to his upcoming talk with Leni.
Gundamvid chapter 39 . 6/23

DreadedCandiru2 chapter 39 . 6/23
Yeah. He's not ready for the real Leni. He'll be hit in the face with how little they know one another actually and come out the worse for it.
Yellowpikmin88 chapter 39 . 6/23
It's great to see this story continue and the progress Lincoln's making in learning to trust his sister's again. I understand the burnout, given the fact it's been happening g to me too, given the circumstances.
Outback Quack-X24 chapter 39 . 6/23
Yep, “outdated and not aged well” certainly describes this story. Still love it anyway and always will! Hopefully the ending isn’t too far away now.

Still waiting for the SFP to return in a future episode so Lincoln can finally chew the sisters out for it. I wonder how you’re going to make it catch up with the TV show’s events?
Tristen chapter 39 . 6/22
Finally! Another chapter!
Guest chapter 39 . 6/22
Honestly I hate the new episodes.
Guest chapter 1 . 6/22
Even before his beating, Lincoln's relationships with his sisters was already strained due to their teasing and bullying.

Well at lest his sisters doesn't do that toward him in season 3 and 4 since it was toned down.
Blank chapter 37 . 6/20
He's alive I seen him favorites a very recent story
HyperPixel357 chapter 39 . 6/22
Finally, Lincoln is starting to trust Lynn. I like how you make Lynn one of if not the most hostile sister towards Lincoln genuine when she apologizes to Lincoln. I can't wait to see how the talk with Leni will go.
The Reality Shredder chapter 39 . 6/22
It's good to see this type of development that the show writers sometimes won't implement into the actual show. You know it really says something when fanfic writers do a better job developing the characters then actual show writers. Keep up the good work.
