HILARIOUS! Until the very end, when Videl reveals the identity of the "enemy" as a bottle of Midol, I had assumed they were trying to crack open a Tootsie Pop (the title reminded me of the "how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop" catch phrase).

In any case, that was a nice twist-it definitely explained why Vegeta and Goku were so concerned about defeating the enemy for their wives' sake!
