We as readers are privy to seeing a gentle and profound love emerge between these two, coupled with a few flashes of heat throughout. As always, you explore their dynamic with passion and an attention to the tiny details. Things like your blueberry lip balm add to the Pawaiian world you've constructed and make it tangible for us. I have to say that I don't think I've seen "drolled" used as a verb before. Your meaning with it is right, and I think you build context around it, but it was just a bit of a surprise. I like the careful word choices that go into this story. And additional chapters would be interesting. A few more references would be nice. Since you're in Stitch's neck of the woods, maybe he'll pop by for a bit...who knows? XD. Overall, it was a refreshing afternoon on a beach. Thanks for taking us there! |
